Hamilton House Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Lead HHA/CNA to join our growing team.
Hamilton House Senior Living recently opened in 2019 and is easily accessible on Wauwatosa Road (HWY 181), in Cedarburg, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 111‑unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. With our putting green and bocce ball court, Hamilton House encourages you to work hard and play hard as well!

Full Time PM, including rotating weekends/holidays.
WagesLead CNA: $19.00‑$24.00 an hour (based on experience). Lead HHA: $18.50‑$23.50 an hour (based on experience).

Responsibilities- Provide direct personal care to residents of all genders, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described in the plan of care).
- Mentor and train new employees, coordinate and communicate employee break, and assist with staffing and scheduling.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Must have at least 6 (six) months of experience working as a HHA or CNA.
- Interest in training and mentoring new employees.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
