Hamilton House Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Resident Assistant/HHA/CNA to join our growing team.

Located in Cedarburg, WI, Hamilton House Senior Living opened in 2019 and offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a beautiful 111-unit community. We promote a vibrant lifestyle with amenities like a putting green and bocce ball court.

Shifts Available: PT, AMs, PMs, or Weekends only.

Wages: HHA: $16.50-$22.00/hour, CNA: $17.00-$22.50/hour, based on experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing direct personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other needs as per the care plan.
• Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and attentive care.
• Assisting with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in assisted living preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
