Warehouse, Material Handler

Position Title: Warehouse

Wage: $18/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

You’ll handle materials, prep shipments, keep inventory on track, and help keep the warehouse running smoothly — all in a clean, safe environment with hands-on training and room to grow. This is an associate to hire opportunity in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Warehouse Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Load and unload materials manually or using warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Receive, store, and move incoming materials, products, and equipment
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for outbound shipments
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse and storage areas in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards
- Verify inventory accuracy by comparing physical stock to system records and investigating discrepancies
- Assist with packaging, quality control, and shipping processes
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines

Warehouse Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret written and verbal work instructions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in packaging, picking, quality assurance/control, and shipping
- Good manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to train on forklift operation and inventory control systems
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
