Warehouse Picker Order Selector – Cedar Rapids, IA

• Accurately pick products by matching numbers and items using a voice audio headset.
• Hand stack cases of product, weighing up to 50 lbs., from floor to overhead.
• Place beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet.
• Hand shrink-wrap orders with label and move completed orders to the loading dock using an electronic pallet jack or walkie‑rider equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse and other duties as assigned.

• Full‑time
• Monday–Friday;
  Saturday if necessary
• 8:00 AM – finish
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required.

• Pay: starting at $21.35 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $22.47 per hour in the quarter after the 6‑month anniversary.

• Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift from floor to overhead.
• Ability to use a headset, voice‑activated order selector picking system.
• Ability to hand shrink‑wrap pallets of completed orders.
• Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments, hot or cool.
