What We Offer:

Training Process:

• Graduation from our training school leads to a 3-4-day Orientation program to prepare you for hands-on road training.
• Upon Orientation completion, you'll be paired with a Lead Driver (trainer) for personalized on-the-job training.
• You'll transport freight across the nation, develop your skills, and experience life on the road.
• After training, you'll team up with a co-driver for road assignments, followed by up to 5 days at home.
• Complimentary bus ticket to our training school location in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
• Paid DOT Physical and Drug Test.
• Meals provided during training school (breakfast and lunch, Monday to Friday).
• All licensing fees, including permit and CDL, are fully covered by the company.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
• Successful completion of a DMV/D.O.T. physical and pre-employment drug screening.
• Good driving record with at least 18 months of US driving experience in the last 3 years.
• Case-by-case review of all criminal convictions by management.

Essential Documents: To be considered for our CDL Truck Driver Training program, you'll need the following important documents:

• Valid United States Drivers License.
• Original and valid Social Security Card (copies not accepted).
• Acceptable immigration documentation (if not a US citizen).
• Any employment documentation required to complete the driver application.
• Voided Check for direct payroll transfer.
• Original (with raised seal) or certified copy of Birth Certificate or Passport (No copies).
