This seasonal position performs a wide variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in heavy construction projects.
Work starts in April 2026.

• Perform strenuous manual labor that requires walking, bending, stooping, standing, kneeling, climbing, and reaching.
• Load and unload trucks, haul and hoist materials, and transport tools to the job site.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Clean and prepare surface areas by properly measuring, marking, installing string line and staking.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down traffic control devices.
• Control traffic on job sites by flagging to guide traffic, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Able to safely drive company pickup trucks to and from job sites, as needed.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to perform basic math and read a tape measure.
• Able to stand, crouch, and walk for long periods of time (8+ hours).
• Have use of both hands to operate construction tools, lift, hoist, carry, grasp, and finger
• Able to climb in and out of pickup trucks, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to safely work alongside moving construction equipment and open lanes of traffic in both day and night conditions.
• Available to work days and nights, including overtime
