Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems (HVAC/R)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC/R systems
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

• Proven experience as an HVAC Mechanic or similar role
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
• Proficiency in appliance repair, equipment repair, and welding techniques
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
