Job Summary:
Enterprise Electrical is seeking skilled and motivated Electricians of all levels — Apprentice, Crew Support (APR), Working Journeyman, and Foreman — to support a mission-critical Data Center project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Candidates must have prior proven data center project experience and demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Compensation- Crew Support: $15 – $20 / Hr.
- Apprentice 1 (1+ year proven experience): $25 – $30 / Hr.
- Apprentice 2 (2+ years proven experience): $30 – $35 / Hr.
- Journeyman (7+ years proven experience): $42 – $48 / Hr.
- Foreman (7+ years & ability to manage up to 10 manpower): $52 – $55 / Hr.
- Per Diem, Retention Bonus, and Payment
Incentives:
$$$ - $120 / Day (paid out 7 days per week) OR Housing
- $5.00 Additional per hour;
Retention Bonus Payment - Travel Package:
Lodging + fully covered - Apprentice Bonus: $500
- Journeyman Bonus: $1,000
- Foreman Bonus: $1,500
- Schedule:
- Standard: 5/10s + 1/8 (5 days at 10 hours + 1 day at 8 hours per week)
- Overtime:
Available - Project Length: 1 year with additional steady work

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with NEC standards.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, cable terminations, and panel installations.
- Follow all safety protocols, ensuring a zero-incident work environment.
- Work closely with foremen and project management to complete daily assignments on time.
- Assist in mentoring apprentices (Journeyman/Foreman levels).
- Document work completed and support inspections and testing.
- Experience:
Proven minimum 2 years of Data Center electrical experience, for all roles. - Licensing:
Must hold a valid TX electrical license (Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master). - Skills:
Strong knowledge of NEC codes, safety practices, and electrical systems. - Tools & Equipment:
Must have basic hand tools and PPE.
