Field Supervisor – Cedar Rapids Installation Team

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Pay Range: $27–$30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

We are seeking a Field Supervisor to lead and support our Cedar Rapids Installation team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, high-quality installations, and a safe, professional work environment.

• Provide reliable daily presence and leadership for the installation team.

• Deliver clear morning direction, including crew assignments, scope, goals, and expectations.

• Own scheduling, manpower planning, equipment allocation, and subcontractor coordination.

• Maintain active field oversight to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to installation standards.

• Coach and develop Lead Installers, Installers, and Junior Installers.

• Communicate proactively with installation teams, Project Managers, and leadership.

• Escalate issues promptly with proposed solutions.

• Ensure disciplined end-of-day follow-through, including updates, schedule adjustments, and documentation.

• Enforce safety protocols, professionalism, and Pigott installation standards.

• Take full accountability for performance in the Cedar Rapids market.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication.

• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Experience in installation or construction environments preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $30.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Cedar Rapids, IA.
