Responsibilities
Cable installation techs to assist with an installation solar project.
Perform assembly tasks on electrical and mechanical components, from simple to moderate in complexity..
Accurately follow drawings, procedures, and written work instructions.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively during assembly.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safe work area practice.
Be able to work harmoniously and effectively within a team to accomplish a common goal

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and documentation
Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

Capability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly as part of assembly operations
Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)

This is a Contract position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 – $17.00/hr.
