A leading construction company in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Laborer Apprentice to assist in loading and unloading equipment, erecting scaffolding, handling mortar and grout, and working with concrete. This role requires physical stamina, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Candidates should be able to work effectively in a team and have strong communication skills. The position is hourly at $21.25 per hour, with no visa sponsorship available.
