As an Access Control Officer at an industrial manufacturing location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, issue badges, and greet employees, vendors, and visitors with professional customer service. You will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, monitor activity, and document security-related incidents and observations.

Working as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will communicate clearly, support site operations, and act with integrity every day.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal post orders at an industrial manufacturing location.

+ Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, managing visitor registration, issuing badges and/or passes, and directing authorized personnel to appropriate areas.

+ Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems as assigned, and report irregular activity or policy violations through established communication channels.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities as directed by site procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, interior checkpoints, and exterior perimeter areas when assigned, documenting security-related observations and submitting required reports.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
