Join Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location where you will support access control and security-related operations at key entry points. You will greet employees and visitors, verify identification and credentials, manage badge and visitor logs, and communicate clearly with site teams.

You will also conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help discourage incidents, reporting concerns with integrity while working as part of an agile, reliable, and people-first team.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to onsite personnel, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, issuing visitor and/or contractor credentials, maintaining access logs, and directing traffic flow in accordance with site requirements.

+ Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations through required communication channels.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including production-adjacent spaces, loading and receiving areas, and perimeter lines, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
