As an Access Control Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry and exit points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and maintain accurate logs. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and customer service.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.

+ Control access at entrances and gates by verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials as required, and directing traffic to approved areas.

+ Monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems; document unusual activity and notify the appropriate personnel per post orders.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; complete reports and maintain accurate logs of events, access activity, and/or inspections.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, yards, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or policy violations, noting hazards and reporting maintenance concerns.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
