As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage access control by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing badges, and coordinating entry for employees and deliveries. You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and document activity with clear communication.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.

+ Control access at entry points by verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing temporary badges and/or visitor passes, and directing employees, contractors, and deliveries to the proper check-in process.

+ Monitor and document vehicle and pedestrian traffic, manage gate operations, and coordinate with site contacts regarding deliveries, scheduled contractor access, and restricted area requests.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and promptly communicating observations through established reporting channels.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, work areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
