Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, contractors, and employees by following site-specific access control procedures, security-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor entry and exit points at an industrial location, verifying identification, authorizations, and delivery documentation while helping to deter unauthorized access.;
Operate access control systems and maintain required visitor, vehicle, and contractor logs, issuing temporary credentials per post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, initiating notifications and documenting actions taken per site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, observing for irregular conditions and reporting concerns through established channels.
