District Sales Leader – Pepsi Co

Responsibilities- Complete an onboarding program to develop skills to promote into the Sales District Manager position.
- Assume responsibility for all aspects of running a sales district, leading around 15 Route Sales Representatives and a $5‑15 million business.
- Effectively develop, build and maintain positive relationships with customers (store management) while growing sales and executing sales programs.
- Lead district meetings focused on a plan to achieve sales objectives and goals.
- Conduct coaching with route sales reps to discuss performance, selling and customer service skills.
- Coach team to successfully sell against baseline and promotional opportunities.
- Develop sales strategies through collecting and interpreting statistical data using Pepsi Co specific applications.
- Partner with product supply team to build accurate forecasts based on promotions and historical performance to ensure product availability.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers as required.
- Maintain a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
- Expected compensation range: $66,900 - $111,950.
- Bonus based on performance; target payout 15% of annual salary paid quarterly.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years leading a team of frontline employees.
- Consumer packaged goods experience in a Direct Store Delivery environment preferred.
- Strong motivation, communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow‑up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Valid driver’s license and DOT & Fleet qualifications; safe driving record preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.
- Indefinite right to work in the United States.
