Field Sales Associate – Cedar Rapids, IA

This role involves interacting with customers concerning the sales of electric industrial motor products and services. The associate works within an assigned territory, visiting client locations daily.

• Conduct sales activities within a designated local territory.
• Perform sales reporting using CRM systems to track performance and customer engagement.
• Participate in comprehensive training programs provided by Malloy, including product knowledge, safety protocols, and sales techniques.
• Engage actively with potential customers to develop new leads and manage existing relationships.
• Work with the Regional Sales Manager to help grow territory, accounts, and skillset.
• Abide by all safety and environmental rules and regulations of Malloy and customers.
• Perform other functions as necessary.

• Competitive, driven, self‑motivated and outgoing personality.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the local area, with possible overnight stays in the designated territory a day a week.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic proficiency in CRM, data management tools, and Microsoft products.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening.
