Fulfillment SpecialistLocation:
5610 4th St Ct SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404.
Store: IACED Public Store.
Full-time Shift(s):
Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Embark on your journey as a Full‑time Fulfillment Specialist, where you’ll take charge of delivering excellence by replenishing inventory solutions and managing our industry leading vending program. If you thrive on being on the move, this role offers a dynamic local route, servicing customer needs daily. From making deliveries, to performing replenishments of our managed inventory programs, and maintaining equipment, you’ll be at the forefront of our innovative solutions.
This position is for our branch located at 5610 4th St Ct SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404.
- Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
- Performing replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment.
- Interacting with our customers while making deliveries.
- Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites.
- Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
- 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work.
- Possess a current full valid driver’s license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) and the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
- Highly motivated, self‑directed and customer service oriented.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.

- Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25 lbs–50 lbs and may weigh up to 75 lbs.
- Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY).
- Pass a sex offender registry check, required by a customer/contract serviced by this location.
- Comply with any customer site access authorizations, required by a customer/contract serviced by this location.
- Previous customer service or industry related work experience.
