• Position responsibilities include helping keep the parking lot well-kept, assisting members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.
• Assist members in loading items into their vehicles and support creating a great member experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude, greet and thank members, and provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; ensure availability of carts/flatbeds; assist with transporting items; and maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Safely operate and follow company policies for handling merchandise; conduct safety sweeps; and report unsafe conditions to facility management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; participate in open communication and process improvements as needed.

• Fill club pick up orders by notifying members of delays or unavailability and offering alternatives; ensure items are packaged according to company policies and dispensed when members arrive.
• Assist with member purchases; process payments according to policy; use cash registers; locate and organize merchandise; and resolve member issues.
• Promote company products and services; maintain cart and shopping area readiness; and provide transportation assistance for members.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies; report safety concerns and participate in safety procedures.
