Pirtek Fluid Systems Pty Ltd is hiring for a full-time Shop Assistant at the Cedar Rapids, IA service center. The role supports daily shop operations, inventory management, and customer service. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities- Deliveries and pickups
- Cleaning and organizing
- Maintain product inventory in an organized fashion
- Maintain shop organization and cleanliness
- Customer service
- Greet customers and answer phones
- Write invoices and take customer payments
- Assist with hose fabrication
- Assist with special projects (vehicle upfitting, shop setup, etc.)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanically inclined
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Self-motivated
