Get paid to launch your career in real estate. One attendee from our upcoming Apprentice Night on February 11, 2026 will be chosen as the Apprentice and receive a 6-month salary to kickstart their career. Others may be invited to join Realty
87 as independent contractors, with access to our training, mentorship, and support programs.

What is Apprentice Night?

Apprentice Night is an informational event in Cedar Rapids for people curious about a career in real estate.

At the event, you’ll:

• Applications are reviewed within 72 hours. Selected applicants will first complete a short 5-minute phone interview.
• After the interview, qualified candidates may receive an invitation to Apprentice Night.
