We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated QC Technician to join our Industrial Construction team. This role works closely with engineering, construction, fabrication, and other departments to ensure aligned goals are met. Primary responsibilities include:

• Weld Map Isometric drawings.
• Enter welding and inspection information into the tracking tool.
• Assist with pressure testing plans and functions.
• Review and file NDE/NDT reports.
• Coordinate with NDE personnel for planning and execution of work.
• Perform and document inspections based on drawings, specifications, and procedures to determine compliance.
• Test welders and perform weld inspections.
• Review welding requirements and ensure welding procedures comply.
• Create and implement Project Quality Assurance Plans.
• Provide support and training to other inspectors.
• Write inspection and test plans (I&TPs).
• Plan and execute root cause analyses and corrective action reports.

Required: (2-4 bullets max)

• Knowledge and experience working under a Quality Management Program.
• Experience working on customer specifications.
• Experience creating welding procedures.
• Experience with verification of mechanical equipment alignment.
• Extensive knowledge of codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ACI, AISC, NACE).
• 2+ years working as a Quality Control Coordinator.

Preferred: (2-4 bullets max)

• Preferred experience with ASNT VT II.
• Knowledge of NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, RT) with ASNT-SNT-TC-1A documented training/handson hours.
• NACE certification is a plus.
