Experience Requirements
• 24 months recent Emergency Room experience (required)
• Must have completed a travel contract within the past 18 months
• EPIC EMR experience (required) Certifications Required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS – Active, American Heart Association (or ARC)
• TNCC – Trauma Nursing Core Competency (required)
• NIH Stroke Scale – preferred, can be obtained during onboarding
• De-escalation certificates (CPI, MAB, MOAB, SAMA) – preferred; non-certified candidates may obtain during onboarding Profile Requirements
• Resume/work history must demonstrate 24 months of current medical-surgical experience
• Skills checklist specific to discipline (Medical-Surgical)
• Active Iowa RN license or compact/multistate at time of submission (documented)
• Professional reference/performance evaluation within 24 months (preferred)
• Driver’s license required
