Registered Nurse; RN

Overview

We are hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for a 6a-6p shift, working every third weekend, at a skilled nursing and rehab facility in Granger, IA.

• Provide comprehensive assessments and develop resident-centered care plans based on thorough evaluations.
• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff, ensuring high-quality, resident-focused care in compliance with BON standards and safety protocols.
• Administer medications, perform advanced procedures, and document care accurately, maintaining HIPAA and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, guide staff, and ensure proper implementation of care plans.
• Monitor resident well-being, respond to changes, and report incidents promptly.
• Maintain a safe environment, ensure staff compliance, and promote a culture of exceptional service and integrity.

• Qualifications include an approved nursing program, current RN license, CPR certification, and preferred skilled nursing experience.
