Nurse Coordinator - Acute ; Eve​/Night Shift occ weekends

Full-time RN leadership role with flexible evening and night shifts, including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, 4 days weekly for a 40-hour schedule.

• Demonstrates strong leadership, fosters staff engagement, and implements improvements using PDSA cycle.
• Acts as a charge nurse, managing daily operations for Med/Surg and Emergency Department, ensuring staffing and quality care.
• Provides direct patient care, oversees documentation, and responds to emergencies while maintaining compliance with safety and infection control policies.
• Collaborates on staff education, policy development, audits, and performance reviews; mentors staff and participates in hospital committees.
• Requires RN licensure, hospital experience, leadership skills, and ability to operate essential equipment. Certifications like BCLS, ACLS, PALS are preferred.
