Position Summary

Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires you will do team lifts or use mechanical equipment
- When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds
- Work at heights up to 25 feet on stock racks while operating equipment; must be comfortable and safe
- Be on the move; willing and able to work on feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed
- Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures
- May assist other departments such as e‑comm, inventory, and will call as business needs require

Physical demands:
The employee must be qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee must frequently lift products weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling commercial tires (rolling, destacking, team lifting) or use mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL).
All equipment is provided except for steel/composite toe boots. All team members must adhere to safety and manufacturing guidelines.
Work environment:
May be exposed to weather conditions typical of the location. Noise level is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants may be present.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards
- Abide by all company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines
- Ability to pass forklift certification
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana)
