** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Operate production equipment in one of our enzymes manufacturing areas, ensuring safe and efficient execution of all processes.
* Monitor production systems to maximize output and ensure high‑quality enzyme manufacturing.
* Work with our Delta V process control system to operate, adjust, and optimize equipment performance.
* Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues and collaborate with engineers to improve reliability and resolve problems.
* Follow detailed SOPs and process instructions to ensure consistent batch manufacturing.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment aligned with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
* Work a 12‑hour Alternate Work Schedule (AWS), including rotating day and night shifts, working 7 out of 14 days.
* Follow company safety protocols, including PPE use, and support a proactive safety culture.
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** High School Diploma or GED required.
* 2+ years of experience in a mechanical, industrial, or plant environment.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to read and follow detailed procedures in a manufacturing setting.
* Comfortable using computers, including MS Office.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to lift 55 lbs and work safely around industrial equipment.
* Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (days/nights), including weekends.
* Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check.
* A.A./B.S. degree in a scientific or technical field.
* Experience operating industrial production systems or control systems (Delta V experience is a plus).
* Prior experience in enzyme, chemical, or other batch‑manufacturing environments.
* Earn up to $70,000+ in your first year, including shift differential and premium pay.
