Chill Tank Operator – 1st Shift

6:30am - 3:00pm

• 3-Shift Operation
• Non-Union Facility with approximately 200 hourly staff members (temporary and full-time associates)
• 100% Food Service – 4 bag soup lines, 1 tub line, 18 kettles, 5 filling lines, 4 packaging lines
• Products include Frozen Soups and Macaroni & Cheese

Join a team that produces quality soups for over 50 household brands in the U.S. As a Chill Tank Operator, you will document temperatures of soup exiting the chiller, check bag integrity and print quality, and ensure all products meet HACCP temperature requirements.

• Operate power equipment and HMI interface
• Document bag temperatures and ensure soup leaves the chiller below 80°F
• Stage totes in first‑in, first‑out order
• Communicate with Onpack operators and Prepack lead regarding staged totes
• Identify quality concerns, including illegible print or seal integrity issues
• Maintain safe work practices and follow all Food Safety Policies
• Operate pallet jack as required
• Troubleshoot chiller problems and regulate Chill Tank speed via HMI
• Operate printers (Wexxar, Iconotech)
• Understand pack configurations and separate batches in totes to the greatest extent possible
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in hot and cold environments
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Understand and follow HACCP and HMI interface requirements
• Willingness to perform to the highest level of competence and cooperate with the team

1st Shift – 6:30am to 3:00pm
