Position Title: Sandblaster

Wage: $20/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8am-4:30pm

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal parts prior to powder coating
• Remove rust, paint, dirt, oil, and other surface contaminants
• Inspect parts before and after blasting to ensure proper surface preparation
• Follow safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues to maintenance or supervision
• Work closely with the powder coating and production teams to meet quality and production goals

• Previous sandblasting, surface prep, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable with strong attendance
