Overview

The Production Technician will operate production equipment to manufacture and assemble process filtration.

2nd Shift

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (overtime may be required).

Shift Differential: $1.50 / hr.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble process filtration products to desired product specifications.
  • Safely operate production equipment designed to cut process filtration products.
  • Run sonic‑welding equipment to weld pleat packs and other product components.
  • Operate multiple thermal end‑cap machines simultaneously.
  • Troubleshoot thermal end‑cap machines as needed.
  • Inspect work packs and labels for accuracy and correct assembly using our product‑building system.

  • Navigate ERP system for material allocations and inspections.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to assemble products.
  • Perform accurate measurements and basic mathematics for inspection of finish lengths and diameters.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions on work orders and packs.
  • Accurate tape‑measure reading.
  • Basic math calculations.
  • Ability to work in a clean Cosmetics ^; environment and produce multiple lines of high‑purity filtration products.
  • Positive, dynamic work attitude with emphasis on teamwork and quality.
  • Excellent personal hygiene daily.
