Job Summary
Cable installation techs to assist with an installation solar project.
Responsibilities- Perform assembly tasks on electrical and mechanical components, from simple to moderate in complexity.
- Accurately follow drawings, procedures, and written work instructions.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively during assembly.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safe work area practice.
- Be able to work harmoniously and effectively within a team to accomplish a common goal

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and documentation
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure product quality
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly as part of assembly operations
- Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
