Cable Installation Technician

Job Summary

Cable installation techs to assist with an installation solar project.

• Perform assembly tasks on electrical and mechanical components, from simple to moderate in complexity.
• Accurately follow drawings, procedures, and written work instructions.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively during assembly.
• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safe work area practice.
• Be able to work harmoniously and effectively within a team to accomplish a common goal

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and documentation
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure product quality
• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly as part of assembly operations
• Prior assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)

Entry Level

This is a Contract position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Cedar Rapids,IA.
