Join a high‑standards production environment where you’ll help process, package, and move materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. As a Production Operator, you will:
- Operate equipment to process & package finished products
- Load, unload, store, sample, and transfer materials
- Perform “in‑process” testing & make adjustments as needed
- Keep accurate records, logs & paperwork
- Lubricate equipment, perform minor repairs, and report issues
- Sanitize and clean equipment and work areas regularly
- Follow OSHA & EPA standards for material handling
- Communicate effectively with your team
- Participate in safety, quality & productivity improvement projects
- Train new operators
- Assist with overtime coverage when needed
- Complete other duties as assigned
Note:
Some areas require being clean‑shaven (no beard nets allowed).
- 6+ months of forklift experience
- 1+ year of manufacturing or construction experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Ability to work in a clean, regulated environment
- Good communication & teamwork skills

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
