Join a high‑standards production environment where you’ll help process, package, and move materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. As a Production Operator, you will:

• Operate equipment to process & package finished products
• Load, unload, store, sample, and transfer materials
• Perform “in‑process” testing & make adjustments as needed
• Keep accurate records, logs & paperwork
• Lubricate equipment, perform minor repairs, and report issues
• Sanitize and clean equipment and work areas regularly
• Follow OSHA & EPA standards for material handling
• Communicate effectively with your team
• Participate in safety, quality & productivity improvement projects
• Train new operators
• Assist with overtime coverage when needed
• Complete other duties as assigned

Note:

Some areas require being clean‑shaven (no beard nets allowed).

• 6+ months of forklift experience
• 1+ year of manufacturing or construction experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Ability to work in a clean, regulated environment
• Good communication & teamwork skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
