Lead Maintenance Technician

About the Role: We’re looking for a hands‑on leader to guide a small team. You’ll keep production running smoothly by troubleshooting equipment, supporting your team, and making sure everything meets quality standards. If you’re skilled with machines, love problem‑solving, and want a role where you can lead and work with your hands—this is for you!

• Lead and support a small team on 2nd shift
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and CNC equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Communicate with 1st shift to keep work flowing
• Coach team members and ensure safety standards
• Keep the work area clean and organized

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience with CNC machines (preferred)
• Leadership experience or ability to guide others
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift
• Valid driver’s license

Pay range: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Cedar Rapids, IA.
