• Team Members – Assembly, Fabrication, Forklift, Welding
• Team Leaders – Assembly, Fabrication, Forklift, Welding

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, approx. 5:30 am – 2:00 pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, approx. 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm

Ensure product quality and operational efficiency by following Standard Work procedures, maintaining clean work spaces through 5S, performing minor equipment maintenance, and seeking continuous improvement. Participate in small group problem‑solving to enhance processes and resolve issues.

Coach and guide 6–8 Team Members to ensure smooth operations and consistent quality. Respond to Andon calls, manage startups, perform quality checks, and assist with production. Train team members, lead problem‑solving activities, and drive continuous improvement.

This is a waitlist application only. We are not actively hiring at this time. Onboarding is anticipated to begin July 2026, and timelines are subject to change.

These positions will require a pre‑employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. A negative drug/alcohol test result is required for employment. Refusal to take the test or a positive result may disqualify a candidate from further consideration. All drug testing will be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws.
