As a Program Manager for International Manufacturing, you will hold ultimate accountability for assigned programs, serving as the critical link between functional execution and strategic enterprise goals. You will ensure high-rate production and margin expansion, accelerate innovation, and amplify opportunities for sustainable growth across the portfolio.
Qualifications You Must Have- University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years of experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience in the application of the RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) / Collins Management System (CMS) or other Stage-Gate framework models.
- High-level management of Manufacturing License Agreements (MLAs) and ability to interpret complex regulatory provisos for international production.
