• Competitive Compensation – annual salary $49,202.40 for a 45‑hour work week (hourly rate $19.92/hour plus overtime).

As a Management Training (MT) employee you will start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and you will also build relationships in the community essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first within a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success.

• Must have a bachelor’s degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related conviction on driving record within the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
