Salary: up to $19 (based upon experience)
Hours:
M-F 6am-2:30pm
Weekly pay on Fridays.

What Will I Be Doing?
- Team members must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to; perform housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain offices, restrooms, and public areas in clean and orderly condition.
- Remove trash from offices and other work areas. Strip and wax floors, burnish waxed floors, clean, and maintain carpeted floors, and scrub ceramic tile floors. Assist other service personnel with minor facility service repair. Follow established routine. Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor.
- Must be able to use hand tools and cleaning machinery on a daily basis such as floor sweepers and brooms.
- Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job.
- Compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
- Communicates with all team members to assist the development of short- and long-range planning in assist of the company’s goals and objectives
- Maintain personal tools required for your job.
- Meet physical requirements of the job.
- Maintain good attendance in accordance with Company policy
- Perform assigned tasks in a safety, effective, and efficient manner.
- Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion.
- Must maintain positive customer and employee relations.

- Experience:
Two years’ experience in Janitorial / Custodial applications desirable.
- The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- Control Precision — The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions.
- Manual Dexterity — The ability to quickly grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
- Substantial lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required.
- Ability to move for extended or continuous periods of time.
- Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools.
- Ability to operate applicable hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
- Ability to operate forklifts or other vehicles in a safe manner.
- Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties.
- Communication/ Expression —The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Information Ordering — The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations).
