Warehouse Forklift Operator

Position

Warehouse Material Handlers – Full Time, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $30.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $2.00 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  2nd Shift;
  Sunday – Saturday (4 days a week, work 2 of the 3 days to earn additional overtime).
  
  Hours:
  
  4:45 pm – 3:15 am

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Highly thorough and dependable
• Excellent attendance record; punctual
• Minimal supervision required
• High initiative and accuracy, even under pressure
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs

• Flexible schedule across various shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

• Perform warehouse functions (loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting)
• Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, loading/unloading of trucks
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hour of production
• Other duties as assigned
