Cedar Rapids Family Law and Litigation Paralegal

Overview

We are seeking a skilled paralegal to join our established, creative, and dynamic team of Attorneys and Paralegals. Our firm engages in several areas of law, with our focus being on family law, probate, and civil litigation. This is a full-time position with remote and on-site flexibility.

Location: Remote and Cedar Rapids

Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year (with production-based bonuses)

• Maintain orderly and comprehensive physical and electronic case files
• Draft notices and file court documents
• Prepare routine correspondence and assist with discovery
• Draft basic pleadings (preferred)
• Meet daily billing requirements

• Full-time, experienced paralegal
• Highly organized, responsive, and reliable
• Adapt well to new skill sets, quick learner, and able to work well with others
• Must complete assignments timely
• Position focuses on family law and litigation as a general practice paralegal

  Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Group health and paid time off available after 90 days
