This role is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of IT and mechanical systems in a data center environment. The technician will monitor operations, assist customers on the Data Center floor, and support a 24/7 operation. Ideally, candidates should have technical training in IT or mechanical fields, along with strong interpersonal skills.
