Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Director
. The responsibilities include overseeing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. The director will lead performance management initiatives, support staff development, and actively contribute to a positive organizational culture. Additionally, they will address workplace concerns, manage employee benefits, and support recruitment and onboarding processes, portions of the weekly payroll process and potentially other business functions depending the candidate s skill set.
We have needs for: data compilation/analysis, sales support, general business/admin management, so forth.
- Oversee and implement HR policies

- Ensure compliance with labor and employment law

- Participate in portions of the weekly payroll process

- Data compilation/analysis, sales support, general business/admin management
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management and developing HR policies
- Strong knowledge and experience in employee relations and performance management
- Thorough understanding of labor and employment law to ensure regulatory compliance
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar HR leadership role is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
