We are seeking an experienced full-lifecycle recruiter who has proven experience fulfilling a wide range of positions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has successfully recruited craft, functional, and technical skillsets across the construction services industry.
Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
- Lead efforts to source, screen, and assess candidates for qualifications and suitability.
- Primary focus on recruiting within the Electrical, Construction, and Industrial fields.
- Support hiring needs across the company.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in the ATS.
- Craft compelling job descriptions tailored to industry-specific needs.
- Post job openings across relevant platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific sites.
- Develop and implement recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate timely feedback to candidates, keeping them engaged and informed.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide interview support, including preparation of materials and candidate evaluations.
- Contribute to enhancing Loenbro’s employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry functions.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and provide support during the integration process.
- 7+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry.
- Proven success recruiting high-volume craft and technical talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Experience successfully delivering in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment.
- Nice to Have:
Bilingual (English and Spanish).
