The Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Cedar Rapids is looking for a Bellperson/Shuttle Driver to join the team! This 267-room hotel is connected to the Alliant Energy Power House and also hosts Cedar Rapids conventions and events. The ideal candidate will have great local knowledge, a warm/friendly approach, excellent time‑management skills, and a valid driver’s license.

This is a part‑time position requiring full availability for varying shifts (aligned to hotel occupancies) across weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The pay is $15.00 per hour plus tips.

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations.
• Retrieve and transport guest luggage.
• Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with room features.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines.
• Keep management and leadership aware of any relevant guest feedback or departmental matters.
• Deliver messages and faxes regularly throughout the day.
• Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries, pulls, and attend the lobby and front door as required.
• Drive property‑designated vehicles to and from guest destinations such as guest rooms or local airports, as needed.
• Assist in maintaining equipment appearance and functionality.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
