Job Overview

Direct Support Professional (RBT) – Lighthouse Autism Center. This full‑time, center‑based position supports children with autism through evidence‑based ABA therapy. The role is ideal for individuals with a college degree who are compassionate, committed, and eager to help children reach their full potential.

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age using play‑based and naturalistic techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Track and document client progress, maintaining accurate and timely records.
• Apply creativity in therapy to engage children and promote skill acquisition.
• Guide children toward success in educational and social settings, preparing them for future transitions.
• Uphold core values of compassion, trustworthiness, courage, and commitment in all interactions.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred).
• Ability to lift/carry >50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, squatting, and bending.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Background check and drug test required at hire.
