We are seeking a dedicated, licensed therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and play a key role in helping clients transform their lives.

• Coordinate and implement therapy programs, ensuring compliance with state and Joint Commission standards.
• Design individualized treatment plans that align with each client s strengths, goals, and needs.
• Conduct timely assessments and re-assessments to track client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Serve as a mental health liaison between nursing, operations, and clinical teams.
• Engage in quality assurance activities and participate in ongoing professional development.

• A master s degree and an active license in mental health counseling, family counseling, or social work in the state of Iowa is required. A therapist with a temporary license must already have clinical supervision; only administrative supervision would be provided.
• Minimum of two years  experience working in a mental health field is preferred.
