At Radix Recovery, we are dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and providing compassionate, high-quality care. We are seeking a dedicated, licensed therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and play a key role in helping clients transform their lives.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement therapy programs, ensuring compliance with state and Joint Commission standards.
- Design individualized treatment plans that align with each client s strengths, goals, and needs.
- Conduct timely assessments and re-assessments to track client progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Serve as a mental health liaison between nursing, operations, and clinical teams.
- Engage in quality assurance activities and participate in ongoing professional development.
- A master s degree and an active license in mental health counseling, family counseling, or social work in the state of Iowa is required. A therapist with a temporary license must already have clinical supervision; only administrative supervision would be provided.
- Minimum of two years experience working in a mental health field is preferred.
