• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age, providing personalized therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized therapy plans.
• Apply creativity and advanced techniques in a play‑based and naturalistic therapy environment.
• Guide children's progress toward success in educational and social settings, preparing for transitions.
• Document and track development meticulously as part of each child’s therapy program.
• Embody core values of compassion, trustworthiness, courage, and commitment in a supportive team environment.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Capability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs. and sustain physical demands (running, crouching, squatting, kneeling) for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Background check and drug test will be required at the time of hire.
