Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Assist patients to exam rooms, record vitals, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Gather patient history, triage, and relay pertinent information to medical staff.
- Accurately administer medication and document prescribed treatments as instructed by the provider.
- Build rapport and discuss sensitive health topics, including testosterone therapy and surgical procedures.
- Foster long‑term patient relationships, ensuring comfort and confidence in our treatments.
- Perform venous punctures, handle specimens correctly, and follow charting and processing protocols.
- Assist with procedures such as pulse and PRP treatments.
- Minimize wait times and enhance the patient experience to improve workflow efficiency.
- Complete all charting promptly and precisely per provider direction.
- Ability to multitask and operate efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with compassionate, professional interactions.
- Problem‑solving ability to think quickly and resolve patient concerns.
- Work on feet for up to 11 hours at a fast pace.
- Frequent bending, crouching, and maneuvering.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Required:
Current certification in Medication Aide, Phlebotomy, Nursing, or Paramedic, as mandated by state regulation.
