As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will be part of a team that supports children across developmental stages in a pediatric setting. You will work with families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized therapy plans and track progress.

• Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy with children ranging from 18 months to school age, providing personalized therapy.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team to develop and implement customized therapy plans.
• Apply creativity in therapy using play-based and naturalistic techniques.
• Guide children’s progress and support transitions in educational and social settings.
• Document and track development, contributing to each child’s therapy program.
• Uphold a values-driven culture focused on Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs and sustain physical activity; able to move quickly between positions; full range of motion of hands and arms; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Safety background check and drug testing at time of hire.
