About the Role:Director of Assisted Living
As a Director of Assisted Living, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Halcyon House in Washington.
As a Director Of Assisted Living, You Will- Oversee Assisted Living services, programs, and activities to meet residents' clinical and psycho-social needs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate regulations in collaboration with other departments.
- Develop a social model of care promoting resident choice and family involvement.
- Maintain and update day-to-day operational procedures for Assisted Living.
- Hire, evaluate, and supervise Resident Associates and CNAs; manage 24‑hour staffing and scheduling.
- Encourage family engagement and orient new residents to the community.
- Full‑time, Monday–Friday (8:00 am–5:00 pm) with flexible hours.
- Must demonstrate leadership skills and approach new ways of thinking—provide leadership in clinical and psycho‑social programming for residents.
- 1–2 years of previous nursing experience, active RN or LPN license.
- Knowledge and understanding of all applicable state and federal regulations, quality assurance, compliance, clinical and social modeling; knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
- Ability to coach, manage, and lead a team to provide high‑level services.
